Construction Engineering is proud to have been a team member involved in one of the first commercial developments in Australia to achieve a six star status. Amongst other accolades the company obtained the 2007 Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Award for Sustainable Development.
Implementing ESD and achieving a green star rating requires commitment from all members of the project team including the client, the design consultants, the Construction Engineering project team, the subcontractors and other suppliers. Education is a key factor to ensure all involved are up to speed with requirements and are disciplined during the implementation process so that Green Star Council approval is gained. Construction Engineering employs a number of Green Star Professionals who share their expertise on projects as required.

The Quality Manager reports directly to the Construction Engineering Directors, and is required to advise and assist all Project Managers and their teams throughout the build process. 国产亚洲免费视频观看,三级国产国语三级在线Construction Engineering’s Quality Management process begins at the start of a project, with the Quality Manager conducting a proactive review and analysis of the project documentation. Prudent changes to a building’s design, construction methodology or use of proposed building materials may be recommended by the Quality Manager as a consequence of the review.
Proactive Quality inspections will also occur throughout the duration of the project, with reporting and recommendations made to both the Project Team and Construction Engineering Directors. Such inspections can either be requested by the Project Team if an issue arises, or will form part of a normal routine visit which helps early detection of any likely problems.
